Being Organic
The grapes used to make it are grown organically, in other words, without using weed killers, pesticides, or any chemical products during the agricultural or winemaking processes. Las Mulas is certified by a third party to confirm that the natural resources involved in its production – particularly water – have been managed properly.
Opening a bottle of this organic wine means enjoying a wine with less intervention, a wine that is more uncontaminated and, therefore, more natural, from when the grapes are grown to when they are vinified. Las Mulas is synonymous with full respect for the environment: its plant and animal life, micro-organisms, and water resources.
This is a wine that pays attention and adapts to the changes of nature and its cycles. Organic wine is the most honest expression of a given terroir since it expresses the characteristics of this terroir and the specific way it is cared for by humans.
