Delicate, subtle light pale pink color. Elegant and fresh on the nose, recalling floral notes and fresh red fruits, with an elegant finish that evokes freshness. The palate begins with a rich acidity that gives it a juiciness, accompanied by red fruit such as raspberries providing great volume and prominent length. A different rosé that is lively on the palate.
Perfect as an aperitif. Ideal with meat or tomato sauces and certain vegetables. Serve at 8–10°C.
